NORTH SHORE, OAHU, HI – Turtle Bay Resort will host the 7th annual North Shore Ocean Fest, one of Oahu’s best community events, bringing together top ocean educators, water activities, live music, hula, art, poetry, crafts and food vendors and a nationally acclaimed documentary, Chasing Coral and lots more! For a free, fun-filled day of ocean commotion for all ages don’t miss the North Shore Ocean Fest!
The North Shore Ocean Fest, an annual fundraiser sponsored by North Shore Ocean Education Coalition, will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the Bay View Beach Lawn at Turtle Bay Resort. The theme for Ocean Fest for 2018 is “Malama the Reef, our Hidden Treasure”. Ocean Fest is featuring EDventure water activities, over 40 educational booths, silent auction, raffles, food, ocean-inspired crafts, live music and keiki hula entertainment. The event honors “World Oceans Day,” celebrated annually on June 8 since 2002 to promote ocean education worldwide.
