MAHALO

Roy’s Beach House welcomed Waialua High School’s culinary class to their Turtle Bay Resort location to enjoy some of Roy’s signature dishes. As dishes were presented, Chef Russ explained the importance of supporting local farmers and suppliers and his passion for cooking sustainably. The students had a wonderful lunch topped off with Roy’s melting hot “Chocolate Souffle” and a $25 gift certificate was given to each student. “This was a great experience, I can’t wait to come back! I really appreciate all the advice and as a senior, this is the best field trip I have been on!” said Lucy Rowley.
