Paul Logan, a longtime North Shore lettuce farmer and his wife Barbara created Uncle Ice Cream in 2013 in the belief that everyone deserves to experience an ice cream treat they’ll never forget. “We want people to have a “WOW” experience with every bite, says Barbara. The Lilikoi and Funky Monkey have passionate followers and seasonal specials are launched every couple of months.

Today they and their crew of 12 create over 400,000 sandwiches a year and distribute to 100 locations on Oahu, including Waialua Fresh, Island X Hawaii, Waimea Valley, Beet Box Café, Coffee Gallery and more.
