The Nakupuna Learning Center will support:

MLEF staff, local farmers and aquaculturists, University professors and research, Hi- DOE, Kamehameha School students, private school students, and community members work. All in a collaborative environment to create rich, engaged, rigorous conversation STEM learning and teaching experiences.

Service, research, and teaching activities that promote leadership and stewardship in preserving and enhancing conservation, science, and culture in Hawaiʻi.

Establish an educational resource to contribute to significant increases in student retention and graduation rates.

Provide more cultural and land-based programs for community families. Home for the Holomua Leadership Program.
